was i right to push here? i was thinking of flatting once he 3 bet because i'm getting all 10x hands out unless they hit 2 pair.

Doesn't make a difference. Is never 3bet/folding, money is going in on turn anyway if you call.

Once he min3bets he's not folding really, jamming is fine.

You might want to just call his donkbet on the flop tho. While it's true that if he's leading pot with a hand he probably won't fold to a raise, I think a decent amount of his range is also complete airballs or 77 type of hands that are leading "because they don't want to check/fold or check/call" or something close to it. So there is merit in giving me another chance to pot the turn or make a second best hand on the turn with his random KQ/A7 hands. We risk losing some action if he really has Tx and the board runs down bad with overcards on turn/river.

It's all a matter of how aggressive you think he is. The more he has air in that spot the more inclined you should be to just call the flop. If he's usually passive and suddenly decides to pot the flop, chances are he's on a made hand that you'll want to stack as soon as possible.
