I don't think you need a coach to get 5bb/100 at those limits. I dunno if rush affects your winrate though.

free meaning no actual work on the coaches part. Coaching helps both parties (although it helps the main player more) and u r still discussing poker so i can hardly call that work
the coach will win 1250$. A goad coach costs 150$/h so basically someone will have to spent less than 8h with you and then to wait for u to make 100k hands to be +EV. Sorry, no deal.
i dont need a good coach, just a mediocre coach as i dont think its too hard to maintain a 5bb/100 winrate
