I think your play is o.k. but would not be my default. Probem is that unknwon player will not cbet every turn so your c/r will turn out badly.But against known good players it could be a nice balancing line

Sure A makes it bad and I would also not raise anymore but I cannot fold river. This guy will have a lot of JT,9T,89,78,J9,......... which he might be bluffing and 1:6,3 should be enough to look him up. Its also important to mention his polorised range most of the time. I think his river is either Ax(or occational 5x or other monster) or a bluff.Players just wont valuebet too thin here. They will most often check 6x,Qx,pockets behind which makes calling on the river even better.

Preflop is no must raise.Being on BB you will be OOP with a hand that likes smaller pot much more.Sure it has some equity edge but its worth sacrificing that for better postflop decitions.

Also for balancing reasons(whcih might not be important on these limits, but still) you passive BB defending range will now include also some better hands and not just weak ones

If he did this and the A comes on the river, he c-bets naturally. Do you suggest b/f or b/c on this turn ? Let's suppose he bet and villain calls. On the river we have this Q, we play b/f again ?
