I was flicking through some hand histories when I noticed that some of the hands appear multiple times. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm not sure if it is an issue with HEM or the hand histories. One example below (2 losing AA hands).

No, I was just looking at some hands after a session.
It's pretty curious that those two hands have two different timestamps. You should try and find the original hand history and see which is correct.
and create a new database for a test and import the hands into this database and check them.
A reindex of your current database via pgadmin->mainenance might also help.
