Im wondering if there's a known bug/error related to switching email addresses. My friend and I signed up at the same time and he got sent an ID confirmation email, but I never received one. The only difference is that after all the steps were completed, I changed my email address.
Also, I entered my pokerstars user ID incorrectly (which I have a ticket open for), but I don't think that should be related to an ID confirmation email.
