You can't transfer to $T, but you can use the ticket to buyin to a tournament of the same value.

can't he use the 109T$ to otehr smaller tournaments?
cuz i used mine 5.50ticket on 5.50 9man SnG

this means that T$ are no longer in use for sattelites on ftp?
The tournaments I'm gonna try to win entry from aren't steps.

$T are still in force for non-step tournaments.

As you mentioned steps thought you were talking of those. Hopefully clarified now though, if not just shout.
