[Closed] Files imported but 0 hands processed

Hi,

Please ensure the ftp client to save the hand histories in english. You can change the hand history language in the Full Tilt Poker client.

Hi Michael

The build 0.79.948.1719 is installed and still same problem. Import from money tables is working fine, but SnG tables import is not processed.

I'm playing at Mansion.

When I import SNG's (1 file for example)
File Imported: 1/1 - Hands Processed: 0 - Errors: 0 - Duplicates 0

and I cannot see anything in the Elefant SnG statistics like Tournament History or Hand Details. Is it not implemented either?

We dont support Mansion Sngs yet. At this time we only support PartyPoker and PokerStars Sng and Full Tilt Poker Sng support is on the way.
