I am writing due to this topic : TaF and Polish support

Because Hadi i really count on your help. I am writing tickets in English but all tickets go to one women in Polish support who is really unpolite and impatient.

Can you solve my problem from this topic?

I'm sorry, but I can't really do much here - I have put this to the attention of my Polish colleagues again, but due to my lack of understanding of the Polish language, I don't have all the necessary information.
