I think calling his raise is ok, also call pretty much any river (ofc raise if board pairs).

I think I also call on the turn but my plan is to c/f blank and rivers.
I think since our call on the turn OOP is so strong, he won't continue bluffing.
So we have some SD value which we will get since he will be checking back a lot of worse hands on the river, and we still have some FH-outs.

It really depends on villain how we should play the river. Turn is pretty standard I believe.
I agree that he'll check back all his 2P hands, but then again I don't think he raises them on the turn. He most probably raises them on the flop. And if he has something like A4, he probably just calls it down.

If he bets river, I think we might actually fold. When villain floats this board, he can have FD, any str8 draw, Ax, Tx. That's proably it. I assume he's not floating something like 5 :diamond:6 ♦
Once he raises the turn, he could be turning some of his hands into bluffs, BUT on the river, many hands improved. He can have Qx, he completed a couple of str8s. Does he bet Qx as a bluff or does he check it back? The great majority of players overvalue sd value hands. Qx here is obvoiously never good, but still there's a great chance he's just checking it back.

So there aren't many hands left for him to bluff with on the river actually. Besides, people do turn flushes from time to time ♦

BUT you did say that he could have 44 on the turn. If he indeed peels any pair on the flop, I assume he's planning on bluff raising any scary turn card, in which case we must c/c the river obviously.
