Do u valueraise the River? I think this opponent is likely to just call TT-QQ pre. Maybe he also has 77 88 in his range. Another 9 is unlikely´.

I find that most players who raise something like 88 or 77 here don't actually bet it on the turn. So I think his range is more likely TT or better. I would ship river I guess. By his stats, it does look like he flats TT - AA pre I believe that should be enough for shoving.

Hm well I would feel to be a weak nit once more but I might just call the river.
The min-c/r followed by 2 bets looks really strong and T9+ actually has 15 combinations.
His c/r-frequency with TT+ is most likely also not 100%.

So all in all it's very close but if we're wrong we're always on the negative side of the EV spectrum, therefore I'd rather call.

Hi,

Why don't you raise/ship the turn? There's is not much that beats us there. Even if he has a better 9, we still have the FD there.

But he's probably not calling all of these combos pre, right? Q9o, K9o? Maybe he doesn't call that.

Because against better 9x we don't want to get any more money in the pot (we have a FD but we're still underdog).
And worse hands than 9x are probably just folding to any kind of raise.
So we hope that he either bluffbets again on the river or he check/calls hands on the river that he would just fold on the turn if we raise.

Agree, but even if we take out 5-6 combos he still has 9-10.

Ah, I guess we'll just never know, shipping can't be too bad, even if he folds a lot we still managed to not show our hand.
Since there are only 16BB behind we can as well get it in, maybe he gets tilted or makes some superspewy calls .
