How exactly does this thing work. It gives me a target of around 50 merit points, but then I am only rewarded if I earn 150 merit points that day? But then what is the point of my target?

"Your personal Unlimited Spring Bonus target is 54 Merit Points.

Just hit your target on any day during the Unlimited Spring Bonus and you will be rewarded with $1 for every 150 Merit Points earned on that day. Play for 10 or more days to get a Loyalty Boost – your final bonus can be increased by up to 30%."

Can anyone clarify what this promo actually is?

Sure,

it means - don't waste your time!!

I play Bet 365 regularly at micro limits and my target is 75. Yesterday I played BSS with blinds 1/2, 2/4, multi-tabling (4-6) for 3 x 2 hour sessions and got 54 merit points.

I would have to abandon the starting hand chart or play 18 hours a day or multi-table 12-18 tables to earn a dollar!!!!

Then if I did that for ten days I would earn an extra 30% - $13 dollars in total.

Let me think!!!

bet365 got in contact with us. Here is their answer:

The promotion works as below:

Hit your target of 54 Merit Points for the day and you will have banked
the equivalent of 1/150 X Your Personal target of 54 = $0.35,

Then for every 150 Merit Points thereafter for the day you will bank a
further $1, this includes part payment, for example should you hit 75
Merit Points over your target you will bank $0.50 extra for the day,

Hit the target for 10 days or more during the promotional period and you
will be eligible for a loyalty boost.
