Guys, just wondering what kind of steps you suggest one takes after completing a session.
I have my hands tracked in HEM, however I am not sure if I know what I'm really looking for when I review.
Thanks for any suggestions or input you guys can provide!

Firstly I suggest that you do your session review the next day just before your days session. This means that you will forget most of the results and you won't be reuslt orientated. Another reason is that you are warming up your brain for the session that you are about to start.
When I do my session review I will start by looking at the pots that I lost, the I look at the pots with a big EV difference an finally I look at the pots that I marked during he session.
