I think I played this horribly and I should have stacked him by reraising the flop. Question is whether I should call or raise, and bet the turn instead of checking back, given that I think villian has twopair/set so often (let's assume I only had KQ of diamonds cause I didn't notice I had twopair) Should I get it in anyway because I have two overs (K and Q) to beat AJ?

bet turn

Yea, sticking it in on flop looks standard, he almost never has a set (check/minraise on this board with a set is a disaster, I doubt he's THAT bad). On the other hand, he could fold his two pair after you reraise him thinking you have top set yourself, so calling that minraise and betting turn for value after he checks is an option.

As played - bet larger on river, like $26 or so.

I'd raise this , maybe he is horrible enough to play a set this way but we are crushing combo draws so hard that we are probably missing value by not 3betting , I'd also 3bet without noticing the 3.

As played bet the turn , he is probably betting better hands and check/calling FDs/wraps or whatever.

As played bet bigger river.
