I originally played poker with the $50 given to me by PS.. this was quickly gone [poker + beer = :(]
So at that point i gave up... until my mate convinced me to start again.. so i signed up on fulltilt and deposited 50 dollars. I didn't start off very well failing badly in some cash games so i tried SNG's. I enjoyed these but they were only $1 so the amount of maniacs was crazy and i didn't get on amazing well (I will post my progress at the bottom of this thread).
After that i decided to try cash games again.. revised my SSS and realy didnt do well at that either.
Sooooooo i went back to SNG and thought to move up to $2 and grab myself a copy of Harrington on Hold 'em. I realy started to get into it and although i was always up and down i always was learning something (at this point my bankroll was about $45).
From then on ive been moving up the limits and improving my game and im now on $5 SNG and im sitting on about $200 (making about $40 a day and playing about 4 hours) and im still realy enjoying it.
So now its off to UNI on saturday and i hope i can keep improving my game (and increasing my bankroll) so i dont have to grind out a part time job in retail while im at uni haha.
