Were the continuation bets the right actions and the right sizes?

Continuation bet on hand 1 is waaaaay too small, but then I don't c-bet this board at all. People call you way too much at microstakes, you have no real outs and you are out of position.

Hi Ohmu!

Hand 1) As already mentioned: Make a bigger continuation bet. And don't fire a second barrel on the turn if you get called on that flop.
