you can either push all in over a raiser, or fold.
here 99 is strong enough to push all in over a CO raiser.
I would also push AQ.
88 and AJ are closer and would depend on whether the CO was tight or loose.
I don't mind calling or pushing hands like 88-TT here. The hands play fine in position postflop and are hard to push and get value from worse in this spot. However if yo'ure not so confident postflop then pushing preflop is +EV.
