213 days left this year... 100,000 VPP = 469VPP/day...

NL10SH = 0.06VPP/hand = 7816 hands/day
NL25SH = 0.14VPP/hand = 3350 hands/day

20 tables x 80hands/hour = 1600 hands/hour
5hours/day @ NL10SH OR ~2hours/day @ NL25SH

Value of Supernova Total: $5134.77 (from FPPpro.com, based on 2k of milestone bonuses and a conversion rate of 0.016/fpp, i'm starting from BronzeStar) also doesn't include a FDP or reload bonuses

@ NL10SH = 1065hours = $4.81/hour
@NL25SH = 426hours = $12.05/hour

hows my math?

I can't speak on behalf of your math but that would be one heck of a feat.

I couldn't imagine the grind you would be putting yourself through. What I think is important to consider is your win rate, needed bankroll, and plans if you happen to run into some variance that is likely to come.

I would be sure to focus on other things like this if you are to pursue something like Supernova.

I like your maths but I am sure that applying it would be a lot different.

1 very factually significant consideration that you have not make provisions for is downswings! they can kill your lifeless grinding mindset.

and you need to make further provisions for days that you do not play as well (expected or unexpected)

overall it is achievable, but definitely not an easy peasy feat

if it was easy, it wouldn't be worth doing ;)

everything is fine except this ^^

no way you'll always play 20 tables, unless you're playing up to 24 (20-22 would be average table count then)..

But to be honest, it's waste of time and energy to do this, so if i were you, I'd focus on moving up to NL50 (doable within a month or two for sure), secure yourself there (50bi br) and THEN think about SN.

i dont think the volume is a problem, did 3 sample sessions today:

65.9min = 1733 hands
54.4min = 1583 hands
66.9min = 1838 hands

avg

62.4min - 1718 hands

= avg hourly rate of 1651 hands

however, i hit a snag in that over the 6827 hands played today, i only earned 0.04VPP/hand... putting me well short of SN... looks like this isn't doable at NL10, maybe NL25 tho ;)

Do what Opal said. If you dont want a life, go for SN at NL10/25.

I can't agree more. This higher levels of VIP are really reserved for mid-high stake players. You are really playing to low to really think it is doable.

Reminds me at the beginning of the year when i though Supernova Elite was possible. Then you get going and realize that it would be a lifeless dream.

I've 24 tabled only fast tables and still didn't get 1.6k hands/hour. I think your 80/table/hour estimate is a bit high.
