[IN:000381] Bug:Filter: Elephant reset limit\portal filte…

I detect this bug in 0.80 & 0.81 builds.
When I start Elephant I usually setup filter for limit & portal but when I start the session & play only first(1) hand Elephant reset the filters.

Previous versions(before 0.80) had the same problem but only with maunal import.

Repro steps:
1. Start elephant
2. Set limit & portal filters.
3. Launch poker room & start the game.
4. Check filters settings.
