looks like big bluff, but i would call if a i had tell about that he is bluffing from time to time. If not the i would give up !
I´d raise preflop instead of limping.
As played the turn ist fine and on the river you´ll need a read. To hard to give a "deafult" line here. Could be anything between b/f and c/f depending on villain.
