The player is pretty unknown how would you played here is it right to value bet thin or just check behind. And i have 13% to call his min raise e.g. if a call a bluff 1 in 8 times it's ok ? Or at these limits is sure fold :)

C-bet larger;
As played - fold to his minraise on the river, I don't see how someone could ever minraise as a bluff there.

+1, you don't beat him that often on river to make the Call profitable, by folding you are making you life a lot easier.
