I dont like 3-bet preflop with this weak Ace, its better to call and play postflop against him. Large portion of the time U will flop air and against loose passive guys barreling with Ahigh is variance-rolleroaster.
river is all about ranges, do U expect him to call with tons worst hands ? do U expect him to shove fh 7x on the turn ? do U expect him to call here with flush or overpair ?

kind of ugly spot, because you never get the information, if he has a 7 or not. Is villain capable of calling 87s, 76s, 77, A7s to a 3-bet ip?
I guess the answer is yes. If I were villain sitting on 7x, I'd play exactly that way, too.
What did he have?

I think i would have played it similar ihufa. In that situation its hard to put villian on a 7 but rather an over pair or flushy.

because I don't see why it would be bad, if you flop an ace it's not like passive fish will put you in tough spots and force you to bluffcach for stacks, and villain will defend w stuff that'll be dominated when the full 200bb stacks go in like lower diamonds, lower 4x etc. Ofc that's just my opinion
