4)
0,25/0,50 Fixed-Limit Hold'em (10 handed)
Hand recorder used for this poker hand: Texas Grabem 1.9 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with Q♦, T♦
UTG folds, Hero calls, UTG+2 folds, MP1 calls, MP2 folds, MP3 raises, 3 folds, BB calls, Hero calls, MP1 calls.

Flop: (8,40 SB) 6♣, 9♦, J♠ (4 players)
BB checks, Hero checks, MP1 bets, MP3 raises, BB 3-bets, Hero caps, MP1 calls, MP3 folds, BB calls.

Turn: (11,20 BB) 4♦ (3 players)
BB checks, Hero checks, MP1 checks.

River: (11,20 BB) 7♣ (3 players)
BB checks, Hero checks, MP1 checks.

Final Pot: 11,20 BB

On the flop I have an OESD and a BDFD. I think a coldcall can be close, but not good. I thought a cap has more fold equity, and in case I just coldcall, someone else will cap.
What do you think? (I guess fold flop)

i think i would just call the flop. your odds are good enough imho but a cap would only isolate you against better hands.
