Fold to a raise preflop;
AK of the same suit is a very bad hand to have - you wont be able to get value of second nutflush/nutflush draw. 37 suited is pure trash. Just fold it, you're out of position.
As played - I would fold after c-bet and a call from another guy, seems like UTG has AA** type of hand while another caller has a flushdraw. Your equity is meh, if you call, there will be alot of turns that give you a headache, if you c/r, they will hardly fold if they are weak losing players like you said.

As played - I would donk/fold flop to see where I'm at. A call on this flop would most of the times mean flushdraw, so you could fire potsize on blank turn if ONE player stays for turn action.

Morale of story - don't play shit hands out of position.

Fold preflop²
This hand ist just Bad OOP.
As played cf Flop....
