I get e-mail with second bankroll offer in Party Poker, I did everything. It is like usually get money in 1-2 days? And Is offer still working? And could someone say something more about that offer? Have you get It and things like that.

yeah I've recieved it last year and did everything standard:
- registered party account
- entered the bonus code
- submitted my partypoker username in pokerstrategy to get tracked
- waited a couple of days
- money received
- play
yes I guess they make those offer available from time to time.
it's always a good thing, free money. take it.
I've accepted the offer last year in june and I still play there.
