raise 0.15 on flop, like 0.33 on turn and you go allin river, on this stakes i dont think you can fold that, only if u have stats on the guy that he plays smt like 5vpip and slowplays + only shoves nuts on river..dont fold that dude:D

Can you provide with the cards suits on the board (hole cards) for a better analysis?

It's a snapfold on river. Especially if the board is rainbow. I would definately also bet bigger on flop and turn but still against more or less anyone it's an instamuck on river to double potsized bet. Since you beat absolutely nothing out of villains valuerange.

So I'd just recommend to tweak your betsizing a bit otherwise well played.
