I just read about this PS freeroll in june and I would like to participate. The news states that the
Tournament starts: 18.07.2010, 12:00 GMT
and the
Registration starts: 18.07.2010, 08:00 GMT
.
Now, I managed to work out my timezone difference, thanks to the almighty internet. But, how about am / pm? Or does the registration in fact begin 8 in the morning?
Any input?
Can I get some input on that?
More importantly: How do I find that freeroll, under which category will it be?

Not sure which freeroll you're referring to as there are quite a few running this month.
In terms of the time zones however, the freerolls are usually stated in GMT. You can easily check the current (live) GMT, by googling "Greenwich Mean Time". Comparing this against your current local time will give you the difference
Apply this same difference to the tournament GMT time to find when the tournament will start in your local time.
Alternatively, let us know which time zone or country you live in and we'll try to help you with the above calc.

Those freerolls are listed in 24 hour time. 0:00 - 11:59 is am, 12:00 - 23:59 is pm.

WTH! Why can I not register with this event? I have been looking forward to this since it was announced, and now that? There simply is no button. My FTP account is tracked through PS, so why in the world?!?
