Turn: (7 BB) 4♠ (2 players)
Hero bets, BB raises, Hero calls.

River: (11 BB) Q♥ (2 players)
Hero checks, BB bets.

Final Pot: 12 BB

easy 3-bet turn against a lower overpair ?

BB: 44/28/1,9/34 over 150 hands

grml i played so bad today.

You play the bet/3-bet flop line to get a raise on the turn so 3-bet it if you get the chance for it.
Else call the flop raise and check/raise the turn. But here the bet/3-bet line should be way better.
