Flop: ($0.14) 6:d, 2:c, K:h (2 players)
SB checks, Hero checks.

Turn: ($0.14) J:d (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $0.07, SB calls $0.07.

River: ($0.28) 8:c (2 players)
SB bets $0.20, Hero folds, SB gets uncalled bet back.

Final Pot: $0.28.

PRF: stand

Flop: my opinion check or bet is so equally good.

Turn: bet for value

River: ehhh i can't figure worst hand then QQ that bet here, so i fold.

Hi,

It's fine up to and including the turn.

On the river frankly the hands strong enough to valuebet the river that he can have after taking that line are few. Either he chose to wrongly slowplay something, hit two random pairs with the river 8, or he's bluffing with some random busted crap like two diamonds/AT/QT that he peeled the turn with. I don't mind calling if villain doesn't trick you as a slowplayer.
