Design is horrible, no offence.

I have to agree, the design is terrible. The blue color in the bottom just hurts my eyes and the black background just doesn't work for me.

Seriously! Grammar and Spell checker!

You can't expect to be taken seriously when your grammar is poor and you can't spell "bakroll" (amongst others I noticed) correctly.

Run your posts through an office spell checker or something first before publishing them. You can get a free office program here http://www.openoffice.org if you don't have one.
