that stupid law is coming to greece as well and i wonder even if we have a good known company like fulltilt or pokerstars that will pay 5milions (!!) to get a licence to work legal here..

Maybe a bit of explanation to go along with the video would be helpful... I don't really get what I'm looking at.

It seems like there are very few tables/players so is it a boycott/protest of a new law?

Not in France all the players pay a tax on each hand 2% preflop and 3% postflop + the rake of the rooms, the PS.fr rake is now at 6.69%.

It is for this problem there are strikes on PS.
