Hey guys,
long story short, I've ordered a 24" Samsung monitor from the Pokerstars VIP store 8 weeks ago and I still have not recieved it. I've written 2 emails in the last 5 days to the vip store support but they are ignoring my messages and not responding. Btw the status of the monitor in the order history is PROCESSED. Any idea what to do? Thanks in advance and cheers.
