Both players here were 70VPIP Fish. They usually fold to a re raise on the flop and with the scary looking board (if they don't have a heart) i opted just to call behind to keep in the weaker hands.
After he bets the turn when the A shows i figure he either has an A or a flush draw. I think he is calling here so i raise to inflate the pot as i think i'm ahead most times here. On the river i just call behind incase he has a flush. I figured if i re raised i'm not going to get called by much that i beat.
