Preflop: Hero is BB with A♥, T♣
3 folds, MP2 calls, 4 folds, Hero raises, MP2 calls.

Flop: (4,40 SB) 4♦, 8♠, 5♠ (2 players)
Hero checks, MP2 bets, Hero calls.

Turn: (3,20 BB) A♦ (2 players)
Hero bets, MP2 calls.

River: (5,20 BB) T♦ (2 players)
Hero bets, MP2 raises, Hero 3-bets, MP2 caps, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 13,20 BB

Results follow (highlight to see):
MP2 shows [ Jd, 8d ] a flush, Ace high
Hero shows [ Ah, Tc ] two pairs, Aces and Tens
MP2 wins $1.19 USD with a flush, Ace high.

Could I see this flush coming ?? One card at the flush, one at the turn and final one on the river. Did I play it wrong?

Continuation bet flop, there is only one opponent left! He might fold to your bet and there's the chance that you are ahead.

At the river I'm not sure whether to call or 3bet ...

bet flop, bet/calldown turn and imho bet/3-bet river at this limits. a weaker two pair is more likely than a flush here.
but it´s close i think.
