MP: $2.12
CO: $2.52
Hero (BTN): $5.13
SB: $4.62
BB: $5.00
UTG: $11.58

Pre Flop: ($0.07) Hero is BTN with K  T
1 fold, MP calls $0.05, 1 fold, Hero raises to $0.25, 2 folds, MP calls $0.20

Flop: ($0.57) K :club: 2 :diamond: 9 :diamond: (2 players)
MP bets $0.20, Hero calls $0.20

Turn: ($0.97) 9 :spade: (2 players)
MP checks, Hero checks

River: ($0.97) 7 :diamond: (2 players)
MP bets $0.45, Hero calls $0.45

Is it ok to isolate the limper? I have only played a few hands but he seems pretty loose. I didn't re raise the flop as i figured i would force a 9 or mid pocket pair to fold but in hindsight maybe this was a better choice?
I checked the turn to keep the pot small planning on calling a river bet?

Iso raise is fine if you believe he may fold to it sometimes. But even if he calls KTs is not the worst hand IP.
I would bet turn. And if he c/c it again and bets out river - fold. If he checks river, I would check back. Now it's hard to say, he may have flush, he may have 9x and he may pulled it through with Kx, but I doubt he will bet worse Kx here unless he's aggro and likes to bet anything he has.

I think you can raise flop and play for stacks against midstack, although call is also fine
I´d bet turn and likely have to call shove consider his stack size, since I believe he may c/rai with draws sometimes and worse Kx hands
You may call or fold river. He may show a lot of worse hands, like some pp-s or worse Kx hands, so I don´t mind call
