How often, in percentages, does a cards (3 outs) hits the flop?
For the Turn and River is simple. 3/47 for the Turn = 6.3% and 3/46 on the River.
Another question. If I have Ax, how often do I see an A on the board?

I believe it is more correct to calculate the chance that X does not hit the flop and then subtract that from 100%
1 - (47/50 * 46/49 * 45/48) = 17.3 %
