Why do you think the board didn't pair anyone? Especially the J and the T hit their limping ranges quite well. But anyway, i think the flop bet might be doable since you can probably get all the small pairs and some Ace highs to fold and you have an overcard and a backdoor flushdraw in combination to your gutshot, which allows you to barrel lots of turns with decent equity.

Checking here is fine. You got called by two opponents on the flop and as you said that 6 does not change anything.

Against two opponents who called the flop with this card which again changes nothing, i'd just give up on the river. The only hands that beat you and that might call on the flop and fold now are drawing hands like AK, AQ and KQ. I don't think anyone will fold a ten here.

indeed a surprising outcome. i guess this particular hand would've folded if you bet more on the river but as stated above i don't think bluffing the river is profitable here.

Free look at the flop is ok. on that flop you actually have a double belly buster not a gutshot. Both the Q and the 8 give you the str8. Betting or check calling here is fine I think and folding is out of the question. You can take several lines in this hand I think but your bet on the river is way too small. If you want to bluff you have to bet around 600 at least not 250. Since there are so many draws that missed I think bluffing can be profitable here. The only problem is that the guy that called you can afford to call even a bigger bet on the river so a read would be nice here. However the small bet is pretty bad as I think I would call here with any pair basically. With a big bet you can make some better hands to fold.
