Preflop: Hero is BU with T♠, J♠
3 folds, Hero raises, SB calls, BB calls.

Flop: (6.00 SB) 2♥, T♦, 4♠ (3 players)
SB checks, BB bets, Hero raises, SB calls, BB 3-bets, Hero calls, SB calls.

Turn: (7.50 BB) 9♥ (3 players)
SB checks, BB bets, Hero calls, SB calls.

River: (10.50 BB) A♣ (3 players)
SB bets, BB calls, Hero folds.

Final Pot: 12.50 BB

BB with 63/0.9 is rather loose aggro, so I raise him on the Flop and call the Turn; I might be ahead or have 3 .. 5 outs against 2 pair or a higher T.
Cap Flop after the 3bet seems not appropriate -- correct?

The river brings a scare card, however his donk into two looks quite strong, Ax seems very likely. Is the fold here OK?

the very passive sb donks into two... fold looks fine to me especially after bb calls. flop and turn is good. a flop cap would be overplayed.
