Hi, I've been using HEM for a long time playing SNGs and tournaments.
Recently I've started playing cash games and the HUD doesn't seem to appear at all. Cash games is checked in the options (use for-).
HEM does import hands while I'm playing, yet it is missing many hands (I guess it imports only about 1/3 of the hands).
I am playing on pokerstars and when I press on the replay of the hand, it sometims shows the HUD there.
does anyone know how can I might fix it?
