Hey guys

I posted this earlier on the help section and havent heard a response. My strategy points havent updated since Thursday Aug 11. I am close to gold status and elephant licsence, otherwise this wouldnt be such an issue. Can someone help?

Click on "HELP" int the top right corner and create a ticket..

Thanks...........already have an open ticket, though no response. Has anyone else had a similar issue and does anyone know roughly how fast pokerstrategy is to rectify issues?

Same here mate. Seems to be at weekends they don't update for a few days. You'll get them soon enough.

Sometimes there's a few delay in strategy points, don't worry just relax they will do their jobs
