nh vs unknow you cannot reallycheck/call or check/fold because of you don't know what is going to do with missdraw or QJ.

If he has a flush, he most likely miniraises you on flop, i.e. I like to see his call on flop which indicates flush draw, two pair or pair + gutshot or maybe even Ax.

Q on turn is ugly as KQ and AQ now have you beat. But IMO you have to bet turn because you are not check / folding to his potential bet turn anyway so you have to bet turn yourself to protect and to get value from worse hands (and avoid check / call where you only put money to pot when you are doomed).

On river you just shove and hope for the best.

I probably play it the same.
He is not even full stacked, so I assume there are hands like QJ, QT, Q), maybe eve lower suited Qx in his range.
If he can have AQ, KQ and QQ+ he'll also have AK and in this case he's probably a fish anyway, so maybe he even calls with AK sometimes.

Having said that flushes and full houses are unlikely in the first place (see jekylls post) since he would sometimes 3bet QQ+ and AK as well as AQ and KQ preflop.

So nh.
