1) it looks like he wants you to protect his J but i think the pot is big enough to try. he could have a pocket either. but on the turn it looks like you are beat ^^

1) This is a spot where you should make a 3--bet preflop even if the SHC tells you not to do so. With a 3-bet you can get HU which is what you want because there are 4 overcards to your pair so it doesn't play very well multiway. If you don't get a chance to isolate the raiser then go with the SHC.
Definatly fold the turn here after his check/raise.

2) Ok, but check/fold the river.
