You can never call here imo, you are committing too much of your stack.
It is read dependant and really comes down to what range you can put CO on.
Unless you are pretty sure he can 3bet light here, i think you have to fold.
If you know he has 3bet before with worse hands than AJ or with small pairs, you can shove over. But bear in mind he is not folding

Your openraisingsize is way too big for this stage of the tournament. You won't be coldcalled a lot anyway (and if it happens your cbet gets cheaper) and by raising less you save a lot of money when you have to fold to 3bets.

Many players would suggest something around 4.7k-5k, my personal preference leans more towards 4.2k (try different things and figure out what works best for you).

Since you openraised that big, the CO can't profitably 3bet/fold anymore with this stacksize so i don't expect him to 3bet light here if he's a decent player. If he's a donk he probably isn't even capable of light 3betting (if he isn't a maniac), so i agree with rhinoneil that this is a fold.
