[Closed] How old were you when you started playing?

I started playing a few live tournaments when I was about 23, but sucked pretty much. I've only really been playing seriously for the last month or two, since I turned 25 really.

Does it matter how old you are when you start? Or does it just take an eagerness to learn?

20, I think the younger the better. But obv there's no age where you too old to start playing poker

tbh i started when i was like 13, my brother was robbing me HU live when i didnt even know the rules... Little lunch money in those periods yeah

I first played when I was around 22/23, playing online poker on and off since then, and the odd home game. I've only started taking it seriously since my 28th birthday, when I decided I was too old to spend all my free time playing videogames, so joined this site and started studying poker instead.

I started playing with play chips at like 18... I took a long break from it, due to losing interest but started to pick it back up now... Atm I'm 20, turning 21 in a few weeks.

Got more into it since at Uni... There are always people playing/wanting to play. Think some of us are joining some Sky Poker or something a friend mentioned to me. Still to look it up. Lol.
