cbet flop imo... check/raising is probably okay since the board ain't drawy.. but It's just not a normal line for me here 
Always cbet flop at least without absolute maniac behind. You are preflop aggressor and this is 4way pot with board that offer multiple straight draws! They are basically waiting for you to cbet and 300 does that nicely.

Ye just bet. It's 4handed, chances are that someone catched a piece and if it's Ax he can easily shove over and it's pay time.
