I just C bet the flop here, and otherwise the delayed C-bet on the turn. He checks it twice so prob weak.
River is a fold.
I just bet the flop. He will have all kind of hands that missed the flop but have decent equity agianst your hand. Just cbet these kind of flops, it will make your life much easier. As played I think it's fine.
