the hold'em manager software show that this hands are -EV

well i dont think i would of have shoved the second hand, but its ok with the first one

holdem manager calculates EV based on the actual outcome, not on the correct play. if you want to find out if your play was +EV before the outcome i suggest you buy an ICM program such as sng wizard.

SHORT TERM GOALS:

-post hands in hand evaluations forums
-review my hands at least 1 hour/day

what do you think about this??
i play bad or is bad luck?

the KK is definitely just bad luck.

AK vs AA is really up to you, depending on the Opponents stats, I.e they are playing something like 2/2 5/5. then it becomes almost foldable. But AK also removes an AA and KK combination so its really up to your read.

the AK vs 32 is pretty funny though. You have to remember at 1dollar limits people dont tend to fold as often and Spew money on all sorts of random hands
preflop ie J10, 32.

it is crazy some time.i try to not look at rezults and focus only on making good moves but some times i get angry because is so stupid.
and another thing is that i play 6 sets of 6 tables a day.is this to much?now i am not tired but in the long run it will affect me?

The KK hand.. PUSH ALL IN PREFLOP.. The other hands are good tho

-make 90% with ICM trainer push or fold stage(now i make 80%)

good goal and good that your working on your game... But since you are playing turbos you IMO should really not be playing until you maintain over 90% right in the ICM trainger...

When I worked my game most in the icm trainer I preferred doing 200 decisions(hands) in a row and see my score.. Then start over again...
It's more fun than just doing another hand another hand another hand until you reach 2k hands.. since your percent won't be affect as much by each hand later on...
Just play around the settings... Try to understand the basic math behind ICM... and not only when to use it... This will deepen your understanding...
And every hand you do wrong.. Take a look at the ranges.. Were you borderline?? or were you way off??? If it's the later one you might want to put the settings in the icm wiz so you'll get more similar situations :)

Hope I helped =) Fun blog I'll probably take a look at it since I'm interested in watching someone come up from the micros and you look like a player that actually could do so =)

and another thing is that i play 6 sets of 6 tables a day.is this to much?now i am not tired but in the long run it will affect me?

Your imo the only person that can answer this.. I myself I normally just play 2 hours a day..
Just be sure to drink a lot while you play ( I know most grinders prefer having a bottle of water always at their desk when the play ) and eat regularly... So those two won't affect..
But in reality I don't see anything that should be worse about grinding 8-10 hours a day...

Remember to do some exercises It'll help your poker career.. I promise =)

i go to the gym every day.
and about the icm trainer..every day before i start a session i play 100 hands and now i make only over 87% sometime i make 91%.
from now i will have a bottle of water every day :).i believe this things help me in the long run.

thanks for advices :)

Nice blog here...

I decided to pop in and noticed the good advice from Hlynkinn about the icm trainer after
I made the suggestion to you in the hand evaluation section.

No worries, I know it can suck at first when you start getting hands wrong because ICM is
like a foggy field at first. You have no idea why some things are the wrong play and all
you have to go on is memory. Eventually though after reading the judges answers in the
hand evaluation section and most importantly asking questions you will start to understand
WHY an any two push is an any two push and why you fold 77 but push 88 etc.....

Good luck with SNGs, you have come to the right place at Pokerstrategy.

I recommend you sift through some of the great SNG blogs here, and take the time to
go back to the start of some of the players who have made it up the limits and see
what they went through with variance and success and even ass kickings they took.

I would also stop worrying about how you run for now, Just spend your time practicing and
learning and studying, watching the videos here etc because at first you will not know
if you are having a run of bad luck or your playing bad so your results will only piss you off
when they are down and make you over happy when they are up.

i got some motivation from ICM trainer.i made 96% and the hands that i was wrong were very close i begine to understand why is push or fold and i try to learn the push ranges :)
