So after installation when i start the program it says:

I have uninstalled and installed the .net several times and tried all the new versions of elephant.
My os is win7 64bit professional, with my xp computer there is no problems.

Hey ilari27,

please uninstall .Net Framework from the control panel and make sure everything regarding .Net is uninstalled.

Now download this Installer from Microsoft:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=0a391abd-25c1-4fc0-919f-b21f31ab88b7&displaylang=en

Please also use the latest version of the elephant. (0.89)

1)/ I see tthat PS elephant already installed in your OS. Uninstall Elephant please.
2)Try to use this utility: http://blogs.msdn.com/cfs-file.ashx/__key/CommunityServer-Components-PostAttachments/00-08-90-44-93/dotnetfx_5F00_cleanup_5F00_tool.zip It should help remove .net framework completelly. After that thy to instal .net 4 again.
3) Install Elephant again

Detect another workaround: remove all .Net but save .Net 3.5. Then elephant doesn`t show this error. ?( ?(

If I remember right I formatted my windows and problems were gone. I actually found a reason for that problem (something about windows that couldn't be cured without formatting) but can't recall it and I don't even use elephant anymore so that's all I got.

Hi all,

if this issue exists you need to download the latest elephant development build straight from our blog and follow these steps:

> Deinstall an existing Elephant version
> Deinstall all existing .NET 4.0 components
> Install the latest Elephant DevBuild (v0.97)
> Install .NET 4.0 components (Elephant will handle this automatically)

Cheers,
L
