looks passive, funny that he did not overbet the river on first hand, or didn't c/shove, I'd be more willing to look him up whenever he does overbet and my line doesn't look strong even if some obvious draw completes.
Also would try not to go broke light preflop vs him if he's not even capable of shoving over 4bet w AK 100bb deep.
