I play it the same way.

Flop 3 bet is standard line for value oop and as default i play bet/calldown on turn vs unknown and versus more aggressive guys i might 3bet that turn since its kinda blank. Folding on turn or river would be too weak.

3bet flop is fine. you have top kicker and you are always ahead, except the cases where he has a set but that's less likely. river is viable to play check/call but a Queen in his hand is actually more likely than a 7. as higher the pair is, as more likely your opponent could hold that pair. A2 is ok to play but T2 not. ;)

i think most opponents would bet a queen on the low limits and you give him the chance to bluffbet with a busted draw that he would fold to a bet.

but i would bet though against pocketpairs and worse queens but it's certainly close and if it's a mistake at all to not bet, it'll be just a small one. :)
