freakin 50 BI downswing. This is completly unacceptable and there was undoubtably a shitload of tilt involved. My sweat partners gourukwong and niveaformen would agree that i have a solid game to beat nl50 rush. I really need to improve the mental aspect of my game. I am reading the poker mindset:thank u radu calin (I am not sure your nick on ps) but i dont feel i can apply these concepts at the table. I have moved to nl25 rush (even though i still have the roll for nl50) until i improve my mindset.
This will make u b/e players feel alot better about your graphs/

Yeah been there done that. I am in the middle of poker mindset too!
It is a great book with tons of useful advice, which most of it you already know!
I belive we all have to take small steps in correcting our psychology side of game. And pokermindset advises u how to do it and to which things u should pay attention to. It is just one catch. There is no real way of doing this over night. I mean what would world be if one could change his personality over night

So there is nothing else to say but play your A game, don`t tilt and never give up!
Cuz you know shortterm king is luck and longterm king is skill

i gave up on that challenge, but and will restart it next week. I lost 500 my first session so i just had to check my br.

I too am not checking my ballance till the end of month!!

It is so fcking sick like I am a fckn drug addict ♦ But still not sicker than checking wins or losses every hour... So wish me luck cuz I am already shakin

I don't think it's that, you don't adjust your whole game across multiple tables over such a big sample.

you deffo have the skill to beat nl50 ! It's just bad luck .
